Our First Franchise Conference – Fantastic Services in Luton, February 19th 2019
Our First Franchise Conference was a Major Success!
On February 19th, we hosted our first Franchise Conference at the Venue 360 in Luton.
Let us use this opportunity to once again thank all of you who were able to attend.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Having so many Fantastic Services franchisees and staff at one place was absolutely mind-blowing. We are so happy that we had the chance to meet in person and talk all things Fantastic such as our strategy for the rest of the year, how the management team supports the franchises, and what opportunities for growth we have right now.
And of course, congratulations to all the winners in the 10 categories of the Franchise Awards that we gave away.
We hope that the Franchise Conference will turn into a tradition for the years to come as our brand continues to reach new heights.
Our service experience manager David Rambridge commented that communication with franchisees is vital for Fantastic Services and the conference is a great way to achieve this.

The Inaugural Franchise Conference was a milestone in our commitment to provide an outstanding experience and seamless, two-way communication practices for our franchisees as the Fantastic family continues to grow in the UK and worldwide. With our first Master franchisees starting in Brisbane (Australia), Oxford (UK) and Atlanta, GA (USA), we are more focused than ever on streamlining all processes within the franchise.
For the upcoming months, we are planning several initiatives for franchisees, including a Franchise Advisory Council, which will enable a select group of franchisees to participate in the strategic decision-making process, a Business Development week for franchisees, as well as one-on-one Franchise Coaching sessions with leading experts. Equally, we are also focused on integrating all franchise communications across all internal systems, such as the Fantastic XRM, and the BFantastic app, to ensure that franchisees are up to date with relevant information from across the franchise.
So stay tuned as we will follow up on all the things that we have discussed!
